Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information MibaStar Packaging Ltd. ("MibaStar," "we," "our," or "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights and choices you have.

Last updated: August 2026

This is a working draft prepared ahead of launch, not final legal copy. It should be reviewed by legal counsel — with attention to the governing-law and applicable-regulation details — before the site goes live.

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information gathered through this website (the "Site"). It applies to visitors who browse the Site and to anyone who submits a form to request a sample, ask a technical question, or otherwise get in touch. It does not apply to information we may collect through other channels, such as trade shows, phone calls, or existing commercial agreements with customers and suppliers, which are governed separately.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on this Site — to request a sample, ask a technical question, or send a general enquiry — we collect the information you enter, which may include your full name, company name, email address, phone number (including country code), and the content of your message. Submitting a form is voluntary; required fields are marked on each form.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs limited technical information for security and reliability purposes, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers on this Site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and fulfil sample requests;
  • Provide technical information and follow up about MibaStar products and services you've expressed interest in;
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

Cookies & tracking technologies

This Site does not currently set cookies or use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms (such as request routing) required to deliver the Site to your browser; these do not track you across other websites. Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent first.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed to operate the Site and respond to your enquiry:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — currently Resend (transactional email delivery, used to route form submissions to our team) and Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery);
  • Our own staff who need the information to respond to your request;
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

International data transfers

MibaStar is based in Israel. Some of our service providers, including Resend and Cloudflare, operate infrastructure outside Israel, which means your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any follow-up questions, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information you submit, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy of your information in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
